No-Cost Mental Health Support

Healthy Minds Cooperative is a charitable organization offering province-wide, peer-based mental health support to the public. We offer this through navigation, wellness workshops, and peer-led mental health support groups (including one just for men)! All of our services come at no-cost to the public, and are referral and waitlist-free. In accordance with the NS Health Protection Act Order, we are currently offering our services online, and are still here for you!
