WCB is seeking feedback on services
Over five years ago, WCB Nova Scotia started a long-term business transformation to allow us to provide better customer service, and better support return-to-work outcomes and injury prevention. This includes changes such as new secure online services for workers and service providers, and updates to MyAccount for employers to give employers more service options.
As part of that ongoing work, WCB Nova Scotia is seeking feedback from Nova Scotians who have had service experiences with the WCB.
We want to hear from you.
